Like many women over 30, I know how easy it is to put yourself last while juggling responsibilities, stress, changing hormones, low energy, and the pressure to “do it all.” After struggling with burnout, inconsistent routines, and feeling disconnected from my own well-being, I realized that true wellness isn’t about perfection — it’s about creating habits that support you mentally, emotionally, and physically in a sustainable way.
That realization became the foundation of this brand.
